One of the most interesting times to look at this data is during the months that comprise the “spring selling season” – March, April, May, and June. While this is in no way a forecast of any sort, below are the last 10 years worth of settled sales, looking at totals and changes for the months of March to April, April to May, and May to June. March to April: As you can see, over the past 10 years the change from the month of March to the month of April has been more of a mixed bag.
